Please don't be fooled to buy this brand.

I purchased a bed from Sleep Master early last year, and unfortunately my experience has been very disappointing.

The first mattress delivered had a hole at the back and had to be exchanged. The replacement mattress was also in poor condition, with loose wool, and was replaced again. The third mattress I received also has a hole at the top.

A representative named Benjamin inspected the mattress last year and advised that the issue would resolve after a “setting period,” but the problem has not improved.

After multiple replacements and ongoing defects, I am very dissatisfied with the quality of this product and the overall experience. I would not recommend this brand based on my experience.
