beware of this company what ever you organise and agree too, the man in charge will change it without telling you ie will arrive at 3pm but turn up at 10am this happened more than once during the fitting of our central heating . also has the customer you will always be the one inthe wrong .
to apply new grit coating onto areas that are damaged and to supply 2 coats of Harveycote black paint well after 6 working days spread over two weeks due to rain. they informed me that the job was done I inspected the roof and on each roof damage did not have the grit when the manager came to check I was told he had put 4 coats of paint on I refused to pay as it was not as stated in the written quote now I'm about to be sued !!!!! The manager became very aggressive trying to forceme to pay the rest of the quote....
well its now day 3 and still the deliver people have cancelled the delivery twice so this is the last chace for takealot to make better the fact that the delivery people can do what thay like and the buyer can wait days for the order.
Terry could not do enough from my first equiry even to the point of the delivery from order of only 2 days and an evening delivery
On the 8th July 23 I ordered a DVD player via there on line order form and paid Iv had no communication from them so on the 15th July 23 I emailed them to find out what was happening todate I have had no reply I only get there news letter
having waited work 2 weeks for a call from Vodacom I went to the Vodacom outlet in PMB being the second in line on Wednesdaymorning the young sales person (female) help me with my problem by Thursday 1400hrs my cell was back with my old number Well done to the young lady
contacted CNUR for a container that requied some alterations thia was done and delivered with in 5 days after the delivery was made Neil rang to ask if every thing was OK they do folow the customer beyond the delivery
having complained about Vodacom my seervices have now been disconnected with R 1300. on my sim and the automatic help is ******* told to change my sim and every thing would be OK however no such luck again not told that my serice was being stopped with any explanation I am completely out of contact Iv had the number for over 20years what else can one do !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! they also in a private e-mail that someone would contact me with in 5 working days (do they Work)
beware use your phone I have a spare phone incase its needed or to lend to friends when they come over from the UK etc and after 3 months with no use the number is cancelled by Vodacom and the keep all the money that is on the sim this why they are making a lot of money !!!!!!!!!!
