This site is a ****, placed an order for an advent calendar paid in full. When I enquired about my order I got no response. I emailed, whatsapp and called them multiple times. no reply or answer. Took my money and disappeared.
On the 30th of Jan 2023 my flight from heathrow to Johannesburg was canceled while we were waiting at the boarding gate being new to the UK I was very stressed especially about missing my connecting flight from Johannesburg to durban. Ba staff assured me all flights will be rescheduled. Our flight was rescheduled for the 31st. We got on the plane ready to move but the flight got canceled again due to the door not closing. By this time my stress levels were extremely high. Flight was rescheduled for 2pm on the 1st then delayed to 4pm then further delayed by an hour and a bit. Eventually we took off. Landed in JHB at 5:44AM and my flight to durban was at 7:40. I had to rush out and make it for boarding. I laid complaint and claim on the BA website and followed up again with and email but I have yet to receive any response from the airline. And I believe the first cancelation was because the flight was not FULL enough. I would like some response from BA on my complaint and claim.

New to webafrica and have had the worst experience with them from getting my fiber ported over to each morning at 3am to 7am the fiber drops completely, no warnings or communication what so ever. Very slow customer service, half the time they do not know anything, website says there is an outage but the agent on whatsapp says no outage has been detected. Not even a month in and i want to move back to my previous ISP.
