Rude Agent

I am not happy with one of your agents. I got a call from a lady today and I told her to call me late or 8am tomorrow, she later sent me a WhatsApp and was rude on the conversation, with what sounded like a threat, no education on how the legal process will take place but rather threats. I told the lady whenever she learns to speak to people, she will then contact me and I proceeded to to block your company WhatsApp number.

I need this girl to be dealt with before talking about this account and I want to know how did you deal with this.

Please note that I will not let this slide, il even email all the authorities if needed.

Your call center agents are rude.
