The Els Club Copperleaf- Shocking condition and service

For this place being the only Els Club in South Africa and build on Ernie Else’s grandfathers farm I really wonder how the Els family would feel about the absolute pathetic condition this once pristine establishment is in currently. The absolute pathetic condition and service levels at the clubhouse is appalling. The attitude of the staff is beyond unprofessional. The halfway house and clubhouse is disgustingly dirty and worn down! If you expect a first class golf and leisure experience you are in for a huge disappointment.
