In September 2015 we purchased a DJI Phantom Professional 3 from The Copter Shop, by October 2015 the copter had ceased operation, we took it in for diagnosis upon which we were told dust particles were found in the rotors and as a result rotors and main board needs to be changed at a cost of R10400, we didn't approve the repairs as we felt they should have been covered under Manufacturer's warranty, in January 2016 we again attempted to approach the store for assistance and were told the cost of repairs has gone up to R11900 explanation we got was the weak rand, we were not able to get assurance from Shawn the Manager that the copter will be covered for all damages except abuse, pilot error and/or crashes even after paying the fee asked. we feel mistreated by Shawn who has no regard for his clients/customers.<br> <br> Concerned Customer<br> Mashudu
