Core Digital Printers, dissapointing to my core

I work in marketing and do business with many many printers. Core Digital printers are by far the worst. It has been taking a month to deliver on a very simple order, their service and communication (also about costs) is extremely poor. I havent seen the product yet but I am not hopeful.
