Thank you for your honest message. I can hear how disappointed and frustrated you are, and I am truly sorry that this has been your experience. That is not how we want any Guest to feel about their home.
The relaxed slipcover design with fibre-filled cushions does behave differently to a more structured, foam-based lounge suite. It is intentionally softer and more casual in appearance, which means it will show signs of use. However, what matters most here is that it is clearly not the look or feel you were expecting, and that is what is causing the upset.
You should not feel stressed every time you sit down in your own living room.
At this point, I think it would be helpful for you to visit your nearest store and sit on a few alternative designs so you can experience the difference between fibre-filled cushions and firmer, fully upholstered foam seats. A more structured design may suit you far better. Seeing and feeling the options in person can make a big difference.
If, after that, you feel that this design simply is not right for you, we can arrange to collect the couch and process a refund for you. Our aim is not to force you to live with something you are unhappy with. We want you to have a couch that you genuinely enjoy.
