Bad customer service

I went to corner bakery at engen klopper park on the 25/10/2019 the, honestly speaking im hurt. I was disrespected. Other customers came after me, but a lady by the name of Alice took their first order. I let her finished taking the order, then i told her, they came after me. She never responded. She just said what do you want? I asked her are you angry? Her respond was no im tired what whats your order. In a rude manner. I told her im not happy with her service, she kept on saying im busy what do you want. She never even apologized. I went to the cashier to pay and also complained about her rudeness, the lady apologized on her behave. The fact that she gave me my other before theirs, it doesn't count as an apology
