Poor customer service

I'm really not happy with the service we get from Engen Garage Corner Bakery Naledi, this woman Nthabiseng was very rude and unpleasant to customers. She made us wait in a long queue then didn't even bother if we were helped or not, mind due this is not the first time this occurred, the last time she was very rude and said she doesn't care if we report her to management. We ended up going to Engen Garage Jabulani to get a better service. I'm really not happy with how this woman treats people.
