Terrible Experience – Engine Damage After Repairs

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE❗️They are great when things are going well but pray nothing happens to your car.

My Suzuki Swift was taken to Cornright Motors after being involved in a car accident. The cooling fan and radiator were damaged. Cornright Motors did a good job with the body repairs but they failed to conduct proper checks on the thermostat and cooling system.

About a week after collecting my car, I noticed that the air conditioner was blowing hot air, followed by the engine overheating. This ultimately resulted in severe engine damage.

When I reported the issue to Cornright Motors, they distanced themselves from responsibility and suggested that Suzuki it might be a malfunction. Communication then became very slow and they closed for the festive season without resolving the issue.

As of today, my car has been written off by the insurance due to the extent of the damage. I had a TERRIBLE experience with Cornright Motors and would definitely DO NOT recommend them!
