Useless Uniforms
It is shocking to have paid 15 days ago, and then to make an appointment to pick up our order just to be given an non existent address. Then when you try to get hold of them they either don't take your call or when their receptionist hear its you she puts you on hold indefinitely. I sincerely hope that the owner of this business gets rid of these individuals that is costing his/her business clients and not to speak of the damage to their Brand name!!! If we don't get our uniform in 24 hours we will be forced to lay a charge of theft against this company.

15 Apr 2021, 14:59Hi Nikki, your driver was not given a wrong address. The pin location sent to him also shows the name of the building which is clearly marked. The situation has since been rectified and we will courier the parcel to Lens tomorrow as discussed. Any inconvenience caused is sincerely regretted.

15 Apr 2021, 16:06Thank you for your response however I have all the communication from the driver as well as his feedback. He was left stranded after he couldn't get hold of your company anymore. He drove 80km to get to your new location, which we only found out about today? How is that professional or efficient? That kind of behaviour coupled with your receptions that put me on hold when she heard that it was me who was calling? Professional? Brand representative? I don't think so....

Can your company ease let us know when our refund POP is going to be sent to us? Your communication yesterday was that this would be done yesterday and today still no POP. Can ANYONE also let us know where is our "supposed" delivery seeing that none of you respond to emails or are accepting calls?
