I purchased a corset for my daughter for her 21st birthday on 23 June 2021 and paid for it online. I received a message saying that there was a problem at the airport and the corset will not be ready in time for her birthday. I then replied saying I understand that this could be a problem caused by lockdown etc. and that it is ok. I will wait for my corset. It is now 30th of September 2021 and no delivery yet. Attempted calling and every time being rejected with a message "Iam at the airport....". Calls never returned. No emails replied to. This is theft! Plain theft. Can anybody advise the way forward? I notice that many complaints are the same as mine.
