Taken my order last year August paid in full and not received till now ... not even my money back the owner has changed her story many times and refuses to pay me back . She lies about delivery till now Her name is Rika . She will re open her business and take from others with a different trade name

GUYS, WHO ELSE HAS BEEN SCAMMED BY RIKA FROM CORSET SA.? LET'S TEAM UP PLEASE. I ORDERED A MONTH AGO. PAID 2300 FOR A CORSET PLUS 180 COURIER LAST MONTH. WAS PROMISED MY ORDER IN 30 DAYS. TODAY NOTHING SHE'S IGNORING ME. FULL OF LIES. I NEED HER SHOWROOM ADDRESS I CAN NEVER LET MY MONEY GO JUST LIKE THAT IT'S MY HARD EARNED MONEY. KINDLY ASSIAT WITH HER SHOWROOM ADDRESS. I purchased a corset for my daughter for her 21st birthday on 23 June 2021 and paid for it online. I received a message saying that there was a problem at the airport and the corset will not be ready in time for her birthday. I then replied saying I understand that this could be a problem caused by lockdown etc. and that it is ok. I will wait for my corset. It is now 30th of September 2021 and no delivery yet. Attempted calling and every time being rejected with a message "Iam at the airport....". Calls never returned. No emails replied to. This is theft! Plain theft. Can anybody advise the way forward? I notice that many complaints are the same as mine.

I went in for a Fitting on 11-09-2021, and paid in full for my products, at the fitting Rika advised that I would receive my goods by 17-09-2021, During the week after no feedback or update from her I messaged her asking for an update, she then advised that she is having issues with Customs and will try and deliver by 22-09-2021. I waited on the 22nd for my delivery and again, no update nor product was provided. Then I messaged her, and she advised that it was sent out on the 22nd and it will "definitely be delivered tomorrow" So I again said I would wait for 23-09-2021. Again on 23-09-2021 I did not receive any feedback and she ignored my messages and calls. eventually she answered the call and advised that the package will be delivered on the 24-09-2021, however this is a public holiday. I cancelled my plans and stayed home to wait for the delivery and still didn't receive anything, when I called for updates she was rude and unfriendly. I asked for a refund and she declined it. So then I am sitting without my product and without my money. She then only sent the delivery at 21h30 that night which is extremely dangerous when living in South Africa. I understand that in every business there are aspects that the supplier cannot control, however it is unethical to not provide feedback to the customer and make the customer run after the supplier for updates and on top of that be rude and unhelpful.

Do not recommend. I placed my order for a corset & paid in full on 24 June 2021. I was initially told that the order would be delivered by the following Friday. To date, almost 2 months after the original order & countless ignored messages, I still have not received my corset. I began asking for my money to be refunded on Friday 13 June only to be met with further silence. After more ignored messages I received a message to say that Rika would be in the office the day after I messaged which was Tuesday 17th August. I have heard nothing regarding the refund and it is almost a week later. I understand that due to Covid & the recent unrest in SA times are tough but if we are to support local businesses then there should actually be service & communication received from the businesses we support. I have never before written a negative review about a company but at this point I am left with limited options.

I had a problem with my order and they speedily corrected it and even sent a little gift. Lovely to be a customer where you are treated as a real person.

I received a stained secondhand item that is too big, possibly just stretched out since it is second hand. No response from corsetsa regarding a refund.
