Animal cruelty , Money making ****s
I purchased a teacup puppy from this place , they had **** about the puppies age and told me there is a health guarantee. I paid 10k for her , the next day she was not eating anything and seemed very ill I had taken her to the vet immediately and paid a 3k bill they told me the Breeder had **** about her age and just tried to make a quick sale , in the same week nothing had changed in her health she had to be fore fed and eventually I had taken her to the hospital she was admitted and put on a drip 2 days later the hospital said she didn't make it , I had asked for the remains to be given back for me to have something special done and that cost would be mine , the remaining of the bill would be the breeders costs , the lady refuses to pay the bill and says he expects the invoice to look a certain bare in mind I am just a parent to the patient and I do not work for the hospital the money is to be paid to the hospital directly . I have lost the little puppy that has left my kids extremely sad I have lost my 10k and further costs for vet bills . They r a money scheme I really don't recommend any1 using them and going thru this mess . They claim to care about their puppies but it really shows that all that matters is them making money of them . They had even agreed that they should not have given her at such a young age . I have all proof of payments as well as WhatsApp correspondence.

7 months and no order received no money back
This place has taken my money 6 months ago with no products delivered to date they keep dragging me on ever month saying the following month it is now moved to April. I have now resorted to asking for my money back or I will then put lawyers onto them . They have the worst client service it's sad that they only hv pictures and items in show room but never deliver

She lies about delivery till now Her name is Rika . She will re open her business and take from others with a different trade name

Service department stealing parts from cars
I booked my car in for a service... standard service with nothing else wrong with the vehicle.. when I collected my car my passenger window was lose and a day later it fell and had to be taken in ... I decided to take it to a different dealership because I had concerns about shiraz auto .... I had taken it to the glen branch .... they had accepted the car and called me to confirm that the dealership (shiraz) had opened my door panel and stole parts from my car . I called shiraz to let them know that I am aware ... they had agreed to collect the car and fix the window and have asked me to drop all cases opened against them with Mercedes.i refused It's a month I still don't have my car back God knows if they are stealing more while they wait for the part that they have stolen from me ... I am disgusted at the way they have been operating and do not trust any1 that works at that dealership .

Daylight robbery deep south towing
Daylight robbery.. They towed my car without a reference.. Refused to answer my calls for 2 days then on the third day hit me with a bill of 9700.. Bear in mind my car was towed from Alberton swaartkoppies to about 10ks. I don't suggest anyone use this disgusting business!!!

Worst service !
<p>My family and I checked in today booked and paid in full for 5 rooms .. my husband and I placed an order through room service at 9:30 pm it is now 12:15 am and still no order .. we've been calling every hour to find out wer our food is and keep getting told someone will call me back but nothing . I am 8 months pregnant and I have waited all this time thinking a hotel this damn expensive can atleast do something as simple as a freakn sandwich .. a service that has been offered by them !! I've never experienced such horrible service from any hotel I've ever stayed in ! </p>
