Does it mean that I am a woman to be exploited.! I asked for a quotation before I took my Mercedes Benz for a service..The car went for a service on the 8th May 2023 at Shiraz Auto (Mercedes Benz). Firstly, I received an email that said my tyre's needs replacing..My tyre's was new and was replaced in 2022. Then later I received a call from the service advisor to say the amount that was quoted is five times the amount. R3,500 to R15,681. When I asked why this ridiculous amount,I was told that a few things need replacement. I told the lady that all this things was replaced by Mercedes Benz Bryanston. My car is only coming for A1 service . There was nothing else wrong with the car. No lights flashings in the car. No indication that it requires anything else.

I booked my car in for a service... standard service with nothing else wrong with the vehicle.. when I collected my car my passenger window was lose and a day later it fell and had to be taken in ... I decided to take it to a different dealership because I had concerns about shiraz auto .... I had taken it to the glen branch .... they had accepted the car and called me to confirm that the dealership (shiraz) had opened my door panel and stole parts from my car . I called shiraz to let them know that I am aware ... they had agreed to collect the car and fix the window and have asked me to drop all cases opened against them with Mercedes.i refused It's a month I still don't have my car back God knows if they are stealing more while they wait for the part that they have stolen from me ... I am disgusted at the way they have been operating and do not trust any1 that works at that dealership .

This dealership loves screaming and swearing at their staff with Fs and Bs. Will no longer be visiting this dealership as they are very rude and vulgar. Shiraz auto is more like a fish and chips show than a premium brand dealership, rather take your Mercedes to a more professional dealership because these people are a joke.

This dealership loves screaming and swearing at their staff with Fs and Bs. Will no longer be visiting this dealership as they are very rude and vulgar. Shiraz auto is more like a fish and chips show than a premium brand dealership, rather take your Mercedes to a more professional dealership because these people are a joke.

Recently visited the parts department and noticed a manager from the service department area screaming and shouting at staff with Fs and Bs in front of other customers! I was with my child and it's completely uncalled for and unprofessional to speak to another human being in that manner. If they cannot treat their staff with respect, how are they going to take care of my car?! Definitely would not recommend this unprofessional dealership

On the 30 November 2020 I took my car to Shiraz auto to be fix engine light three days down the line ( 3 December 2020).The light start to appear again when i complain they re telling me stories .Please advice what must I do now?

I booked a service for my car on Monday the 07/09/2020. I mistakenly booked with M2 Mercedes in JHB, but took the car to Shiraz Auto. Shiraz auto did not have my booking obviously but they serviced my car without any hustle whatsoever. I only discovered when M2 Mercedes called and asked if am still bringing the car. I really appreciate what Shiraz Auto did and say big ups to you guys. They did their job well surpassing my expectations. Thank you Shiraz Auto.

I booked a service for my car on Monday the 07/09/2020. I mistakenly booked with M2 Mercedes in JHB, but took the car to Shiraz Auto. Shiraz auto did not have my booking obviously but they serviced my car without any hustle whatsoever. I only discovered when M2 Mercedes called and asked if am still bringing the car. 2019 I took my car for service mercedes twice, first service I paid R37000 and second service I paid R21000 and the day I collected my car it was surtaday and I fill that there is a problem with my car I will take it back on Monday and my car stop working on Sunday. When I contact Amy she told me to bring car in for checking they open engine and charged me R5300 they told me to buy new engender for R1000 or repair of R114000. I collected my car and they remove both bottom engine cover when I contacted them they say technician who was busy with my car it's not around. I send my car for myner services I paid R21000 and the next day my car give me problems they don't even want to take responsibility for their own mistakes.
