P&P attorney with Telkom claim that I owe Telkom, but when it comes to proving how do I exactly owe, they fail. I am even threatened to be blacklisted but can't really say what I owe. If I go to Telkom offices, they say there's no such record.
Telkom and Nu Debt have been threatening to blacklist me for an unpaid account. I have requested them to send proof of what I owe them but both are failing to do so. All they say is I might have missed some payment, they cannot tell me which month and a year. All I need is proof of what they claim then I can make arrangements to pay. I cannot pay for something I do not know just because these 2 bullies say so.
Since 2020 Finrite and Nu Debt have been bullying me since I wrote about my story here on Hello Peter. I claimed for a lost phone, and finrite never attended to me until I wrote here on Hello Peter. They called me and arranged to deliver my phone and I received it, but since then I never got to rest even now. Every month they debit my account with various amounts from R1200 to R1700, of which I always reverse. I have never got an explanation why it is so, and when I call Telkom they say it's insurance and no further explanation. I'm in need of a lawyer now who can help with this matter an claim from Telkom all the reversal charges they have cost me from 2020 until now.
I had a phone contract with Telkom a few years ago, and insured it with finrite. I lost my phone and claimed it, paid the access fee but finrite did not replace my phone until I posted at "Hello Peter". My phone was replaced but since then they have been deducting money from my account using Nu Debt of which I always reverse because I don't know what is this money for and nobody cares to explain. This has been going on for over 2 years now. It's so frustrating.
I would like to get help from someone to sue Nudebt and Telkom for the harassment they are putting me through. I have been receiving messages from these 2 companies claiming that I owe Telkom. I've been to the Telkom branches a few times but nobody can explain why they say I owe them, now Nudebt has joined in. I have never received any call from both of them all I see is messages telling me that I should pay. I really need someone to help me put an end to this and sue these people, surely they have extra money to make me rich.
I booked a service for my car on Monday the 07/09/2020. I mistakenly booked with M2 Mercedes in JHB, but took the car to Shiraz Auto. Shiraz auto did not have my booking obviously but they serviced my car without any hustle whatsoever. I only discovered when M2 Mercedes called and asked if am still bringing the car. I really appreciate what Shiraz Auto did and say big ups to you guys. They did their job well surpassing my expectations. Thank you Shiraz Auto.
I'm so greatful to MFC for allowing me to pay 50% of my installments for 3 months as a result of a new working since lockdown. Since covid-19 and it's effect are here for sometime, I had requested MFC to refinance my car so as to reduce my installments. They have told me that they don't do such and I find it hard to believe that. My normal installments shall continue. I'm requesting help from any financial institutions for help
I have received my sound system back after booking it in. To my surprise am told that I owe R612, 85 due to no fault found. The sound is definitely better than before. I'd rather terminate the rental than paying unfairly. Why would I send it away if it was not broken. If they deduct a cent more this month, am out really.
Thanks a lot to hellopter for giving me this platform. I have posted a matter with Teljoy and they sorted my issue spontaneously. I was contacted the very next day and the subwoofer is collected and waiting for it to be fixed or replaced.
My sound system was reported before lockdown and up to date nothing has happened. I hope that we are now in level 3, something will happen
