On the 14 August 2023. I made a booking for a year end function. Today at 14:10, I receive a phone call and a WhatsApp that states the following:- Good afternoon. I profusely apologize for asking this from you. You spoke to my junior Shaun with regards to kindly asking you to be seated on our outside section which is covered on three side and the top. The reason is we have a bigger crowd intending to use the inside part exclusively. Reason being they have a few formalities hence we don't want their speeches etc disturbing you though we never have a vibe that is too intrusive at the Rooftop. Please consider our request ,and we are willing to give you a 20 discount on your total bill as a gesture of appreciation for your cooperation. I want to say thank you for the excellent customer service to Jo Jo and colleague that assisted me at the accident scene. Incident took place on the 25 June. My car was towed and taken to a safe place to 91 Banfield road industria North.

Does it mean that I am a woman to be exploited.! I asked for a quotation before I took my Mercedes Benz for a service..The car went for a service on the 8th May 2023 at Shiraz Auto (Mercedes Benz). Firstly, I received an email that said my tyre's needs replacing..My tyre's was new and was replaced in 2022. Then later I received a call from the service advisor to say the amount that was quoted is five times the amount. R3,500 to R15,681. When I asked why this ridiculous amount,I was told that a few things need replacement. I told the lady that all this things was replaced by Mercedes Benz Bryanston. My car is only coming for A1 service . There was nothing else wrong with the car. No lights flashings in the car. No indication that it requires anything else.
Nicholas provided me with excellent service. He knew exactly what to do. Answered all my questions and was very patient. Me being, a loyal customer for 15 years with Auto and general, I now know why I stayed with them for all this year's. I got a very good saving from my review.Thank you very much.
