Excellent customer service
We recently moved from Durban to Johannesburg and was looking for a decent place to have supper as it was my daughters birthday. Decided to give this restaurant a try after many bad experiences with other restaurants...didn't regret this decision at all. Customer service was flawless. Waiters were extremely professional. I would actually rate them 100/100 ....that's how good they were. Always checking up on us and made sure that we were ok. Food was absolutely divine. I couldn't fault the meals at all. The drinks however were a 3/10. We ordered a few of their ****tails which were a bit pricey but didn't taste so good. But everything else I can say was excellent. Well done guys...your customer service really blew me away

Excellent customer service

Terrible service / Small group not good enough
On the 14 August 2023. I made a booking for a year end function. Today at 14:10, I receive a phone call and a WhatsApp that states the following:- Good afternoon. I profusely apologize for asking this from you. You spoke to my junior Shaun with regards to kindly asking you to be seated on our outside section which is covered on three side and the top. The reason is we have a bigger crowd intending to use the inside part exclusively. Reason being they have a few formalities hence we don't want their speeches etc disturbing you though we never have a vibe that is too intrusive at the Rooftop. Please consider our request ,and we are willing to give you a 20 discount on your total bill as a gesture of appreciation for your cooperation.
