I went in for a Fitting on 11-09-2021, and paid in full for my products, at the fitting Rika advised that I would receive my goods by 17-09-2021, During the week after no feedback or update from her I messaged her asking for an update, she then advised that she is having issues with Customs and will try and deliver by 22-09-2021. I waited on the 22nd for my delivery and again, no update nor product was provided. Then I messaged her, and she advised that it was sent out on the 22nd and it will "definitely be delivered tomorrow" So I again said I would wait for 23-09-2021. Again on 23-09-2021 I did not receive any feedback and she ignored my messages and calls. eventually she answered the call and advised that the package will be delivered on the 24-09-2021, however this is a public holiday. I cancelled my plans and stayed home to wait for the delivery and still didn't receive anything, when I called for updates she was rude and unfriendly. I asked for a refund and she denied. So then I am sitting without my product and without my money. She then only sent the delivery at 21h30 that night which is extremely dangerous when living in South Africa. I understand that in every business there are aspects that the supplier cannot control, however it is unethical to not provide feedback to the customer and make the customer run after the supplier for updates and on top of that be rude and unhelpful
