F#### up Service and Sales Staff

Extrteamly Pathetic client service From the Sales man Gerhard at the building department. Paid for stock that he assured is in stock . Stock not allocated to my sale after we purchased our goods. Delivery Driver calls me to deliver and make arrangements. 5min later the Warehouse calls me to tell me that my stock has ben sold and the don't have stock. Delivery will be scheduled for Monday 17/11/2025 and he will call me in the morning. Called them back yesterday to confirm delivery and they said the warehouse will call me back still up top this morning no one is calling me. I called again to follow up but now no one is available to speak to me and take my call. Once again they said they will call me back. This is really un acceptable service as i my self come from the building retail industry with more the 20years exp. end the processes that needs to be followed when a sale is done. Management doe not even bother to call a person Back. I will recommend to think twice before Purchasing any building materials ever again from Cosave as the sales staff are useless.
