Industrial Duty shelves 200kg.
This review was previously posted on their website, however Cosave took it down because of the truth in the quality of their products. This review is about their Industrial Duty shelves 200kg. 1) You will pay a surcharge for "Heavy Shipping", would be nice if the website mentions it before adding to cart. 2) Secondly this Unit is Flimsy as hell, its the cheapest sheet metal (Vernier Calipers measured 0.5mm) that is used, tightening the bolts will bend and permanently deform the struts. 3) 5 out of the 8 Shelves came damaged and deformed around the edges. had to do some panel beating to straighten it out before it could fit. Most of the spot welds holding the metal folds together had been damaged and broken apart. I mean its a brand new product and already bent and warped...Come on! 4) Shelves are definitely not rated for 2ookg each. I would say 50kgs at max per shelf. 5) No assembly instructions came with the unit. Personally i would not recommend this so called "Industrial Duty Shelves" to anyone. This is truly false advertising. Hopefully my review helps others that are looking for value for their money.

Deepest Thanks to Cosave PowerBuild Mahem in Pretoria
This message is acctually for Cosave PowerBuild in Kirkney (Mahem) Pretoria.. This is the most amazing people especially a lady called Thandi who assisted me in ordering a lawnmower part from Gardena SA after Kloof Lawnmower Centre was unwilling to assist me.. She got my spesial order part for me in two days.. My deepest thanks to her and Cosave PowerBuild Mahem I cannot thank you enough.. I have been shopping with you for nealy 20 years now and never disappointed you are all stars

F#### up Service and Sales Staff
Extrteamly Pathetic client service From the Sales man Gerhard at the building department. Paid for stock that he assured is in stock . Stock not allocated to my sale after we purchased our goods. Delivery Driver calls me to deliver and make arrangements. 5min later the Warehouse calls me to tell me that my stock has ben sold and the don't have stock. Delivery will be scheduled for Monday 17/11/2025 and he will call me in the morning. Called them back yesterday to confirm delivery and they said the warehouse will call me back still up top this morning no one is calling me. I called again to follow up but now no one is available to speak to me and take my call. Once again they said they will call me back. This is really un acceptable service as i my self come from the building retail industry with more the 20years exp. end the processes that needs to be followed when a sale is done. Management doe not even bother to call a person Back. I will recommend to think twice before Purchasing any building materials ever again from Cosave as the sales staff are useless.

Customers are extremely frustrated with the staff at the Electric Department of Cosave Zandfontein, Pretoria. The staff on duty was completely unhelpful and showed no interest in assisting customers. While I was speaking to them and asking for assistance, they simply carried on talking among themselves, ignoring my requests. This behavior is unprofessional, disrespectful, and completely unacceptable. It gives your company a bad name. We urge you as Manager to address this issue immediately. Staff who refuse to assist customers properly. You are chasing away customers and giving your Company a Bad Name! The previous staff was always helpful and kind at the Electric Department

How is it that once you have ordered something online you don't hear anything from these people regarding your order. I cannot get through to their number and have sent emails to find out when my order will be delivered. Where is your customer service, (if you have any!)
