This message is acctually for Cosave PowerBuild in Kirkney (Mahem) Pretoria.. This is the most amazing people especially a lady called Thandi who assisted me in ordering a lawnmower part from Gardena SA after Kloof Lawnmower Centre was unwilling to assist me.. She got my spesial order part for me in two days.. My deepest thanks to her and Cosave PowerBuild Mahem I cannot thank you enough.. I have been shopping with you for nealy 20 years now and never disappointed you are all stars
I was looking for a Flymow Drive Belt and as they were basically the only persons that had it on there website I contacted them. I knew my TL350 was not an easy product to find. I called them Glen answered the phone and told me that I must please phone Gardena SA as they do not have stock.. He gave me the number and so I called Gardena after hanging up. Gardena very friendly and helpfull sales person told me "Mam I do have stock, this is the part no. To order but unfortunately we do not sell to the public directly" He asked were I got there number and I explained from Kloof Lawnmower Centre.. He rep**** just phone them back give them the part number and asked them to add the item as a special order.. I thanked him and said my good buy.. Phoned Kloof back again explained everything and gave them the part number also again stating I will pay for the shipping aswell.. More then a week passed no feedback.. So I made a follow-up this week. Asked to speak to Glen again as he was the one that helped in the first place.. He was busy left a message.. Well.Cell C had network problems this week.. I got a SMS from Glen just stating thet have not stock and were NOT able to help me.. This left me cheesed off.. I called Gardena back on Wednesday and again very friendly staff assisted me to find a company in Pretoria.. Please note this was Wednesday when I contacted Cosave Powerbuild explained my situation and today at 14:15 got a call from Powerbuild telling me my drive belt has arrived and I could come and collect.. Now that is customer service.. Kloof it is clear you just did not want to assit in my delema. Would not recommend you for online shopping or assistance
I must say this is one of the worst companies when it comes to communication skills. You kerp on callibg just to get to your assessor that is handeling your claim. No contact nunber or email was provided when I did speak to him. Arrangemens was made but now webt I just want to follow-up it becomes a matter of imposibility. Even tried to get the lady back on the line who helped me in the first place but not even she is gettibg back to me now. So please can anyoneone tell me how do we follow-up on estate provider plan that we had or how can I get hold of my assessor. I am not fighting I am really asking
We paid on the 1st of October like we do every single month. On the 4th our service we're cut I went through the WhatsApp app submitted the proof of payment. Still have the auto responce number as well as the mail send to help@dstv.com service was reconnected. On the 6th of October the samething happend this time I called the (011) call center same story again send in the proof of payment to proofofpayment@dstv.com even send a WhatsApp with the proof of payment. Service was reconnected. On the 7th Of October get an email stating that they have Recieved the proof and the service is reconnected. Well well well on the 9th @03:00 service disconnected AGAIN. My question is what the fudge is going on with your staff or accounting system do you have incompetent staff working for you becauth this is *****nce. Do you not check and allocate payments made to you and what is the staff there for at the call centres if the issues cannot be resolved. Also during the the messaging on the 4th of October when I checked the My DSTV APP I found that DISNEY+ was loaded on my account for the amount of R63. 92 a service that I did not ask for nor gave permission to add to my account of ja that service was added on the 1st of October I got that stopped luckely but when I called the call centre on the 6th of October and also mayed an inquiry I was told it was loaded as a reward.. DSTV a reward means it is free. So I suggest other customers must also just check wat is loaded on their accounts. Hope you all can get back on track and just do your work properly
