COSMETIC CONNECTION DELAYED ORDER

I placed an order on 2 May 2026 and on 8 May 2026 I got a call that the my order will be shipped on 11 May 2026. Today is the 14th of May and my order hasn't been shipped yet,I ordered online because it was convenient and 10 working days has passed with my status not moving. I am so disappointed because there is no communication or transparency whatsoever from Cosmetic Connection.
