Cosmopolitan nightmare
I am here again to share my experience with anyone who would like to purchase a house from Cosmopolitan.
I bought a house and moved in last year (October 2025) @ capital view lifestyle estate & up until now the bathroom is not working, I have raised and logged queries with Cosmopolitan but even to date there is no solution or any sign of having this issue resolved. I am staying in a smelly house with my family, all 7 of us sharing the main bedroom toilet .Among other things, I always log queries almost every week with faulty stuff in this house. I have never regretted this much in my whole life, took a very bad decision by buying a house from Cosmopolitan.
