I have an issue with my smart meter for electricity. I can't check balance or load any vouchers as it just shows "error" on my device.
I have logged numerous calls and they seem to just log them and then close them, pls see references below:
Reference 1 : 599/28 Reference 2 : 205/1 Reference 3 : 675/13
675/13 was logged today (2022-04-13) as 205/1 was escalated twice and then closed yesterday. I have been waiting for over 2 weeks for someone to assist and I'm not winning.

I don't know how many credits I have left and I can't load any either.
