Actually Cot Services doesn’t deserve a single star.
They promised to offer unlimited visits to the city council to address wrongful billing. After having paid nearly R2000, I never once received any feedback with no change to my municipal account. After receiving a municipal account of R9000 after six months of their “intervention” from Tshwane, I again sent my bill to them to enquire without any response. When I made enquiries to them to have a prepaid electricity meter installed, I again was asked to pay close to R2000 to expedite an installation. This amount according to the owner of Cot Services would have included bribe money to have the meter installed within two weeks. I obviously refused to pay bribe money to ******* oficials. After visiting Centurion municipality customer care, my prepaid meter was installed within two days free of charge.
Do yourself a favour and stay clear away!
