BE VERY CAREFUL

This business actually is a butchery, but when one of their vehicles broke down, they came to our workshop to repair their truck. Because we know them and they are in the very same town, we thought it would be okay to release their truck, BIG MISTAKE. They refuse to pay us; according to us the vehicle went out of our yard 100% and according to them it did not; they did not complain about anything that was faulty etc, only about after a month when we asked payment for repairs done, they said that they don't think we will see the money since they had to take out a big amount out of their own pockets for repairs on the very same truck we repaired. We asked them prove to show that the truck was in for repairs somewhere else and they did sent us proof but that is not the problem. The problem is that they did not complain after taking the vehicle, not for a day, weeks until they were phoned for payment. In fact if you repair your vehicle somewhere and find it faulty, why not notify the owner immediately but no, they waited and the result is, NO PAYMENT.
