I was promised a delivery day by Ram couriers to be today 06 Dec 2024 before end of business. Thiers no movement on my parcel when tracking it. And all calls are not going through. Sobdisappointing from a reputable company like RAM....

For Ellen please.Cant locate Financial U sent me, didn't complete & send you because Bank warned me Never to divulge CCV No. if U resend I'll fill in everything else hoping it will be sufficient for DHL to reimburse me. Thankyou 4 your help so far.

Sent parcels via DSV on the 3rd of October to Bedford Provincial hospital and Adelaide hospital. Still not there 6 days later . According to Gloria she cannot locate the parcels . According to the app the parcels have have been shunted around between Cape Town and East London the whole time . Seems like nobody knows how or who is going to deliver them . Wasted time and one very unhappy customer of mine

I was suppose to get my parcel on the 23rd of December 2022 but no one contacted me from their side,now when I call to query about My parcel they tell me that my tracking number doesn't exist and the status keeps on changing at first it said recipient was not home now it says parcel changed couriers.

I have experienced a horrible experience I lost worth of a R410 I sent products with Paxi products I have been sending since a month and a half ago I was called and told it's damaged I called me they told me I will be refunded for my products and I refunded my client because she was complaining I called Paxi line to check how far with my matter thy had planned to just keep quiet and not return to me to say anything I spent R200 airtime calling and asking Only today they tell me I sent prohibited products but when I sent this products I wasn't told or denied to send the product now they are sending me their terms and condition telling nothing will be done about this matter yet I lost products I could have sold to someone to feed my family and money at the same time please help me get my refund I'm unemployed I have a 2 year old I'm trying to survive and I'm cut off by Paxi

They quick to sell products and do extentions of contract BUT when it comes to delivering the Rooter or Devices you have to wait for weeks although I paid the admin fees etc. already. Pathetic after service !!! RAM never follows up for delivery

I SELECTED THE QUICKEST DELIVERY OPTION,DROPPED MY PARCEL OFF ON SUNDAY 07 JUNE 2020 AND TODAY ITS THURSDAY AFTERNOON STILL MY PARCEL HASNT BEEN COLLECTED AND CHANCES OF IT GETTING COLLECTED TODAY ARE SLIM!!! WHAT IS THE POINT OF PAYING FOR THIS SERVICE WHEN IT TAKES AN ENTIRE WEEK FOR A PARCEL TO BE COLLECTED FROM A STORE BUT I PAID FOR A 3 DAY DELIVERY OPTION.... THIS IS UTTERLY DISGUSTING AND MISLEADING THEIR CLIENTS NO LONGER USING THEIR SERVICES!!!!
