I had a parcel delivered from Durban Africaboyz

I had a parcel delivered from Durban Africaboyz. I provided residential address and my cellphone details. I receive a call notifying me that they are at my premises from a private number. When my mum goes out to check there is no one but the vehicle is standing opposite my house not showing courier services. She screams at them telling them if they have a parcel for Ronald, then they come over. Is this delivery services work? Why can't they use GPS and find the correct house address instead of standing opposite and having the back door open. Please sort this issue out with these courier services. Deliver in vehicles stated in the email that's providing the service not in unmarked vehicles. This is totally unacceptable.
