I have experienced a horrible experience I lost worth of a R410 I sent products with Paxi products I have been sending since a month and a half ago I was called and told it's damaged I called me they told me I will be refunded for my products and I refunded my client because she was complaining I called Paxi line to check how far with my matter thy had planned to just keep quiet and not return to me to say anything I spent R200 airtime calling and asking Only today they tell me I sent prohibited products but when I sent this products I wasn't told or denied to send the product now they are sending me their terms and condition telling nothing will be done about this matter yet I lost products I could have sold to someone to feed my family and money at the same time please help me get my refund I'm unemployed I have a 2 year old I'm trying to survive and I'm cut off by Paxi
