The front office manager is very unprofessional, she kept on coming into my room without my consent using her access card and i first found her in my room when i was sleeping, lord knows how long she's been there, secondly she came in while i was taking a shower imagine the invasion of privacy! Then she let this other lady go through my place without my permission and thats when i lost my tablet worth R15k she then furthermore threatened me with security!!! This is the worst place to stay, no privacy, no safty, its a mess!! I will be opening a criminal case against her!

My business Partner and I arrived at Courtyard Hotel in Sandton at about 00:00 , 14/02/2018. Maxwell Ndlovu the receptionist complained about being interrupted while asleep at work. When We asked to view the available room he refused for like 22 minutes then later called the security guard to accompany us. Upon returning back to the Reception area he forced us to make a quick decision before he locks us out ( clearly he wanted to go back to his dreamland) he further said hurry up because I don’t understand what decision you need to make about the room. I lost it and expressed my feelings by saying “ it’s easy for you to chase Guests like this because you don’t have this business interests at heart!” He responded by saying **** you ( in isizulu) then I responded back in English telling him that he is full of ****! On our way out he said ( **** you) in isizulu. When I tried to go back my business partner stopped me. Ever since we walked in He couldn’t allow us to finish a sentence, he kept on interrupting! Even when I reminded him that we are the Guests and the reason he got the job. I always travel and see things but I’ve never seen or experience such behavior! Even the security Guard can attest to this, He was treated like a piece of rubbish by this receptionist in front of us Guests.
