No service & No delivery

Paid for an order in the first week of Jan 2025, with promises that my item would be delivered in 2x weeks. Now, a month later - with zero updates from their side - my calls, texts and emails are going unanswered. The landline provided online does not exist when called either. They are t/a under Patio Solution and Outdoor Connexion and are also advertising on Takealot as well. I am currently out of pocket and out of product. Very disappointed.
