Terrible service/ non -delivery

I paid for my patio covers in full, 2 months ago. No feedback, don't reply to emails, offhand replies from Liz via WhatsApp. I used this company in the past when they went as Patio Solutions and I had good service. I doubt I'll ever get these covers and I would never recommend them. terrible service and right now it's looking like theft!
