Communication can improve

I (buyer) had no choice but to engage with CoXYeats as the seller of the property appointed them as the conveyancers. Taking cognisance of the fact that multiple parties are involved in a property transaction and that there are protocols, correspondence from CoxYeats was lacking, and I was in the dark most of the way - I had to engage in order to obtain up-to-date information for most of the process. Use of and access to their Lexis tracker was also not helpful, as this was not updated in real time.
