DON'T DO IT - DON'T BUY IT

If I could give 0 stars that would be better 😵 I ordered 3x Jelly Bras from Cozie, and I was so excited when my order came - worked according to their size online and when they came they DID NOT FIT🤯 They say you can refund or exchange but you have 7 working days to do so but you have to send an email, currently on day 4 of waiting for a response... I sent them multiple emails explaining that they were too small and after some extensive searches I finally found a number, I phoned this number and the phone was answered by a lady and when I tried to explain everything (wrong size and needing a refund) and then the phone was put down in my ear not once but 5 times!!

I try to support Local businesses as much as I can but I would rather just not if this is how issues get treated
