Where to begin? The sizing chart makes no sense. I bought 2 jelly bras, one for me (36C) and one for my mom (38B) - which both correlate to their XL. How can sizes S-XL cover all body shapes? They lead you to believe that the material is high-tech and molds to you. They also sell it as super supportive and comfortable. Firstly, it was WAY too loose and the cup size was too small. On top of that, the material rolls up at the sternum as you move, which is the most uncomfortable thing I've experienced in clothing, having to pull it down every few seconds. Zero lift, zero comfort. I'm furious!!

Please don't buy form Cozie South Africa. What they advertise and what you get NOT same thing. Once you return item you struggle to get refund and they don't communicate and there is no number to call them their service is VERY poor. Don't waste your money in buying form them and size is also not as on website and Facebook. They don't even deserve one star. NOT RECCOMENDED !!!!!!!!!!!

Please don't buy form Cozie South Africa. What they advertise and what you get NOT same thing. Once you return item you struggle to get refund and they don't communicate and there is no number to call them their service is VERY poor. If I could give 0 stars that would be better 😵 I ordered 3x Jelly Bras from Cozie, and I was so excited when my order came - worked according to their size online and when they came they DID NOT FIT🤯 They say you can refund or exchange but you have 7 working days to do so but you have to send an email, currently on day 4 of waiting for a response... I sent them multiple emails explaining that they were too small and after some extensive searches I finally found a number, I phoned this number and the phone was answered by a lady and when I tried to explain everything (wrong size and needing a refund) and then the phone was put down in my ear not once but 5 times!! I try to support Local businesses as much as I can but I would rather just not if this is how issues get treated

I bought the jelly bra and the shorts but this whole company is a ****! No one answering the phones nor replying to emails. The quality of the products is Temu quality not supportive and looks nothing like in the videos seen on tiktok. Horrible that people like this gets away with ****ming others. Hope they get dealt with accordingly in due time!!😡😡😡

Disappointed with my recent experience with Cozié South Africa. I reordered the same bra, same size (different colour) and received a completely different cut and fabric with a poor fit. Despite this clear quality inconsistency, a replacement was refused stating hygiene policies as I had tried it on 🤔. I expected far better product consistency and customer service! The bra's are expensive and such poor quality. Shocking customer service - never experienced this from a retailer. The worst thing is I did not check reviews against this company, I just checked now and the reviews are HORRIFIC. How they can still be operating I don't know.

This is absolutely disgusting service, never when you buy the product there is stated that you need to read the terms and conditions. Or put in bold that if you have fitted the bras that we will not exchanged the product as I stated we paid R600 for one bra..... No one with a disease can afford a bra this expensive.... How do they expect to fit a bra if the sizes on there web side is not correct this is a *******...... I have send pictures to show that there is not even a mark an a milk white bra..... DISGUSTING SERVICE

What a terrible and exhausting experience begging for my money back. I bought 2x cozie bras - 2x different sizes the Large I opened and fitted it and it was way too big the 2nd bag was an XL so I did not even touch it. I proceeded to contact them - cell number just rings and goes to vm and the email response I got from Charne is please note we do not refund used items. YES I KNOW - THE ONE I WANT TO KEEP BUT THE XL I WANT TO RETURN FOR A REFUND!!! I regularly sent emails without any response and regularly call the contact number without any answer. ****MERS!!! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM COZIE!!!!
