What a terrible and exhausting experience begging for my money back. I bought 2x cozie bras - 2x different sizes the Large I opened and fitted it and it was way too big the 2nd bag was an XL so I did not even touch it. I proceeded to contact them - cell number just rings and goes to vm and the email response I got from Charne is please note we do not refund used items. YES I KNOW - THE ONE I WANT TO KEEP BUT THE XL I WANT TO RETURN FOR A REFUND!!! I regularly sent emails without any response and regularly call the contact number without any answer. ****MERS!!! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM COZIE!!!!
Do I have to give a star? I am looking for windscreen wipers for my standard KIA RIO 2016 model, and I called Alberton and The Glen, and I spoke with Germiston over email. Alberton was most helpful I must admit, not really into customer services but I go the info that I needed without hassle. The Glen parts division was rude, abrupt and couldn't wait to get me off the phone. Germiston however couldn't even give me pricing without my VIN number, and I am thinking to myself it's just a standard model, why on earth can you not give me windscreen wipers pricing?? Like are you serious?? Very bad service from ALL KIA branches contacted, but atleast Alberton was a little more helpful and gave me the most information than any other branch. Thanks Alberton, even though you are slightly more expensive, I shall see you tomorrow!!! Service does pay off!!!
This company DINNER TIME HOME COOKED MEALS ARE SCAMMERS! After tasting their food (their mince is like canned dog food) I cancelled all orders for the month - the food deliveries stopped immediately but they still have not refunded my money. I would like to get hold of everyone who has not received their refund and open a case against them. I will NOT LEAVE THIS HERE!!! BE WARNED - No calls are being answered - no emails - no messages.
