I bought the jelly bra and the shorts but this whole company is a ****! No one answering the phones nor replying to emails. The quality of the products is Temu quality not supportive and looks nothing like in the videos seen on tiktok. Horrible that people like this gets away with ****ming others. Hope they get dealt with accordingly in due time!!😡😡😡
I am still waiting on 2 packages. On the status of the packages, it says incorrect address which is utter ****! Tried phoning but to no avail and if they finally answer the calls keep dropping from their side. They a bunch of ****mers, ****s and *******!! Hope they go belly up!! Companies must not use them for deliveries!!! 😡😡😡😡😡
I have purchased goods 14 August and haven't received any information or correspondence from them. Been emailing them everyday with no responses. Think they don't exist anymore! 😡🤬 I have even emailed payfast to enquire and waiting their response too.
I purchased a voucher from Hyperli. Its was for Mike's kitchen. I bought it on the 25/4/2024 and knowing that all there vouchers is valid for 3 months, I wasn't in a rush to use it nor print it out. When I finally did, which was recently due to heartbreaking circumstances our family experience with the sudden loss of my sister. Going to the restaurant on Monday evening, I was informed that the deal ended 30th April. I cannot understand how they could have this available on their website, knowing that it was expiring 5 days later?!? I would never have purchased it if I knew! When contacting them via email and sending them my voucher information with all the dates, I was told that they cannot refund me because its over a month ago, so they will be keeping my money and not reimbursing me. WTH!! I am utterly livid and disgusted that this is their attitude! No scruples nor humanity only utter GREED! How can companies like Hyperli, think they can exploit people and make this a form of income for them!! *****ing people over and think it's ok!! Hope they suffer a GREAT loss in the future because kamar is a REALITY!! ****bags that's what they are!! Please be cautious when buying from them!
I am so upset with this company! I wished I read the reviews about them before purchasing items from them. I ordered items which they advertised as open box items. After waiting for almost a month for the items and emailing them about cancelling the order. I received it few days later. On arrival, 2 items were broken. I immediately sent them an email and received correspondence a couple of days later from Sheena Williams the customer support agent, stating that they will replace it if they have stock. Today, she sent me an email, stating that they cannot replace or refund me because it was open box items. HOW THE HELL CAN YOU SELL AND DISPATCH BROKEN/FAULTY ITEMS TO CUSTOMERS AND THEN SAY THAT YOU CANNOT REFUND THEM THEIR MONEY BACK?? HOW ********* AND ******** CAN SNATCHER BE!!! SO I PAID FOR BROKEN ITEMS WHICH THEY NOT GOING TO REFUND ME FOR!! WHAT ************ STANDARDS DOES THIS COMPANY HAVE!!! I am flabbergasted and outraged by all this! HOPING THIS ONLINE SHOP GO BELLY UP BECAUSE THEY DON'T DESERVE TO BE IN BUSINESS!!! BUNCH OF *******!!! I WILL inform everyone I know about this company and their name definitely suits them!!!
