WHAT A ******* FALSE ADVERTISING PEOPLE ARE LOOSING BIG MONEY ON THIS, EVEN THEIR TIK TOKS COMMENTS HAVE BEEN TURNED OFF, GOING TO FIND THE OWNER OF THE **** COMPANY, ORDERED 2 X JELLY BRAS, WHICH ARE NOT EVEN JELLY AND THE SIZES WERE ALL WRONG, CALLED THEM NUMEROUS TIMES AND NO ANSWER, R850 - DOWN THE TOILET

SHOCKING SERVICE
<p>I had put through a claim on behalf of my dad, the claim was forgotten about for 2 weeks until i called to query, then in a rush agent tried to get things going and didnt even advise me on the proper way to handel this claim, (we were knocked into by a 3rd party) i called 2 other agents just to check on the advise they provided and both of them advised on a much easier and hassle free way not incurring any cost to us to handel this claim, however the agent that was handling our claim gave no such advice , he intially advised 0 excess and then after the car was already srtipped and parts ordererd, agent advises there is an excess of R10 000.00 which obviously means that he didnt even look at the policy from the onset if he had done so he would have immdeiately picked up that that there was an excess involved and informed me immediately, after numerous messgaes and emails agent did not call me back, long story short we had to pay the money to get our car relased back to us from their accredited panel beaters, i mailed a long letter of my issues even to their managers and no one called be back after while an then eventually one, they had complete disregard for my issues were very insenstive, totally appalled at the service received, looking forward to cancelling both mine and my dads policy,</p>
