What a terrible and exhausting experience begging for my money back.

I bought 2x cozie bras - 2x different sizes the Large I opened and fitted it and it was way too big the 2nd bag was an XL so I did not even touch it.

I proceeded to contact them - cell number just rings and goes to vm and the email response I got from Charne is please note we do not refund used items.

YES I KNOW - THE ONE I WANT TO KEEP BUT THE XL I WANT TO RETURN FOR A REFUND!!!

I regularly sent emails without any response and regularly call the contact number without any answer.
