CONMEN DONT USE THEM!
Wish I had read HelloPeter reviews first. I have had the same experience. They responded promptly to the callout. Came and 'fixed' the problem in my fridge which had stopped working, fixed bulb and water leakage, but the next day everything was frozen solid in my fridge. Even on the lowest setting. Previously that had not been a problem. An appointment next day was missed. Numerous whatsapps not answered, rejected calls, messaged me to call later, no response. They dont appear to be coming back....

Wish I had read HelloPeter reviews first. I have had the same experience. They responded promptly to the callout. Came and 'fixed' the problem in my fridge which had stopped working, fixed bulb and water leakage, but the next day everything was frozen solid in my fridge. Even on the lowest setting. CP Technicians = Conman = bad service
These guys are a complete CON. Bank account is in the name of CP Technicians, but the invoice is from Mr Elton Repairs in Goodwood. They fixed my washing machine which broke immediately. They came back a second time and machine again failed to work. The third they were a no show. Ive now asked for a refund and Im getting the run around. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!!

CP Technicians = Conman = bad service
These guys are a complete CON. Bank account is in the name of CP Technicians, but the invoice is from Mr Elton Repairs in Goodwood. They fixed my washing machine which broke immediately. Terrible service!
Terrible service. The team 'fixed' our fridge 4 times after countless calls and follow ups. Never arrived on time, nor could explain what they were actually doing with the fridge. Extremely difficult to contact once the payment had gone through, even after him explain that he will come back anytime is need be. As soon as we paid them, our fridge stopped working and they blatendly ignored my calls. Extremely unprofessional and unreliable and a waste of money.

What a bunch of conman. Contacted them to come and repair my Speedqueen Tumble drier. They arrived the same morning and "repaired" it. Gave me an invoice and started calling me that evening as to when the invoice will be paid. The tumble drier is still broken. No new timer installed as they indicated on the invoice. I have been contacting them every day and only get promises of when they will come out again. Today phoned again and they put the phone down in my ear. Please do not support them as you will definitely lose your money. I am R2 800.00 out of pocket

Have a serious issue with these guys - CP Technicians (https://cp-technicians.co.za/). Supposedly fixed my LG Fridge, paid them cause it worked for about a day and it turned out they hadn't even identified the problem, they just regassed the fridge and demanded money. Had to get LG direct who were very good and asked Patrick from CT Technicians to please refund me (less parts and petrol so at least he's not completely out of pocket). He's made endless promises but nothing has materialised in over a month. See now that they have changed their number and their website. DO NOT use these guys. Bakkie brigade who actually don't know what they're doing.

I contacted the Cape Town based cp technocians to repair my washing machine and fridge. They came out the same day. The fridge was regassed and thermostat reset and seems to be working. The washing machine was serviced and mounting adjusted but still gives the same problems. I called them to reasses and after several cancelled appointments they eventually came only to inform me that I need to buy another part for the machine which they were supposed to come and replace. Its been 6 days since they last fixed my washing machine which is still giving the same problems but no sign of them. CP Technicians is that t are conmen. The only nice thing about them is their website which is also 100% misleading. They provide quotes and receipts and even have a nedbank business account but it is all just to appear professional. My husband and I have decided as SA citizens never to give any jobs to foreign africans. They are out to rob our citizens. Dont give them jobs.
