I run a company where we utilise courier servives for door to door deliveries. We have used Pudo services for the last few months. Pudo has proven to be fast, effective and efficient. All our clients have given positive feedback regarding Pudo and have stated that their goods arrived earlier than expected and in good condition. Pudo is also much more affordable than other delivery services.
I contacted the Cape Town based cp technocians to repair my washing machine and fridge. They came out the same day. The fridge was regassed and thermostat reset and seems to be working. The washing machine was serviced and mounting adjusted but still gives the same problems. I called them to reasses and after several cancelled appointments they eventually came only to inform me that I need to buy another part for the machine which they were supposed to come and replace. Its been 6 days since they last fixed my washing machine which is still giving the same problems but no sign of them. CP Technicians is that t are conmen. The only nice thing about them is their website which is also 100% misleading. They provide quotes and receipts and even have a nedbank business account but it is all just to appear professional. My husband and I have decided as SA citizens never to give any jobs to foreign africans. They are out to rob our citizens. Dont give them jobs.
Mr Winston Moolman offered me services as an architect on 5 September 2018. He is also a financial advisor and insurance broker (as he explained to me). I paid him R3000 in total to do building plans for minor renovations, with a balance owing. To this day, I still have not seen any buildings plans. Yesterday, Mr Moolman demanded another R1000 from me. This excludes the balance which was to be settled after he submitted the plans to the City. Which type of architect demands full payment before the completion and submission of plans? A con artist. Hence, I cancelled his services. Mr Winston Moolman now outrightly refuses to return my property's original building plans to me. Luckily I had 2 sets of original plans and can now access the services of a more reliable architect. These are the tricks s that Winston Moolman pulls on his clients. He gives the impression that he is like this humble pastor, appearing to be in his late 50s, but he is a CON ARTIST. Besides for myself, two other elderly and helpless victims also came forward claiming that he had the very same modus operandi with them. They too paid him a deposit a few months ago; have never been provided with any plans; he is hardly contactable; have also been requested to pay costs which was outside of the original quotation. Winston Moolman is a thief under the guise of an architect. His services have proven COMPLETELY USELESS. If you want to waste your time, money and effort and feel like giving away thousands of rands for mahala, then Winston Moolman Insurance Brokers and Wealth Architects are the best way to go. Contacted Telkom to complain. They have no knowledge of social media compalints and advised me to register a complaint with them which I did Ref: 27629157<br> How far is your.investigation into my matter, since customer service has no record of my social media complaint. This means that after a month, Telkom still has not attended to my matter at all.<br> If my line is cut, I will not pay for reconnection. As I requested kndly for my complaint to be resolved before 1June 2015.
Today, just after 4pm, I ordered a pizza delivery for my family. The lady on the phone had an english white accent. She kept a conversation with her colleague whilst taking my order, telling her colleague (giggling) \ Guess who came for lunch here today". I asked her whether she was speaking to me and she replied \""no\"" that she was talking to her friend and she continued her conversation. Eventually my order for 2 pizzas was taken and almost 2 hours later our pizzas arrived. Both pizzas were horribly cold and tasted as if it as made hours before. I am a telkom customer and have an ADSL package : Telkom Simple. My internet was down for the entire month of April. I tried calling telkom's customer care but there call center did not answer for hours or when they finally did, the line would conveniently be cut on more than one occasion. My line was reconnected on Tuesday 12/5/2015 at 10:00.<br> <br> On 10 May, the very same day of reconnection, I received a bill via email for the use of ADSL for April , May and June. I had no internet connection from the 31st March 2015 until 10am 10th May 2015. Why am I being billed for internet which I did not use? Also, I am not sure whether it is usual practise for Telkom to bill in advance as per invoice 9 May - 8 June 2015.<br> <br> I do not want to pay for adsl for 31st march to 8 may. I would like for this matter to be rectified before the date of expected payment for my account which is 1st June 2015.
