Firstly after phoning numerous time reporting that my alarms are not working and that there is theft on my property, CPI only responded a week later fixing the alarm, having me incurred R15 000 losses in stock, which they refuse to pay for the damages.
Secondly installing a new system they promised 2 batteries for the alarm system to help with the extra load of the beams outside, after which they only installed one but still charged me for 2.
Thirdly after informing them of information given from the township near our premises that there was going to be a break in, they refused to help and only sent out vehicles every now and then to check on the premises.
Fourthly, I now have to pay an additional R2000 a weekend excluding their fees to have guards to do their job as well and protect my premises.
