Don't use CPI, No Service
Firstly after phoning numerous time reporting that my alarms are not working and that there is theft on my property, CPI only responded a week later fixing the alarm, having me incurred R15 000 losses in stock, which they refuse to pay for the damages. Secondly installing a new system they promised 2 batteries for the alarm system to help with the extra load of the beams outside, after which they only installed one but still charged me for 2. Thirdly after informing them of information given from the township near our premises that there was going to be a break in, they refused to help and only sent out vehicles every now and then to check on the premises. Fourthly, I now have to pay an additional R2000 a weekend excluding their fees to have guards to do their job as well and protect my premises.

CPI SANDTON
I am giving CPI a very bad name why do they have double Standards where by certain employees can take a day off when they feel like it but yet when asked for my partner to take one day off because his daughter is ill for her to see a doctor because her fever has been spriking on and off all day 38.9°c his boss turns around and says no he cannot take off its short notice but yet he has leave days due to him and annual leave due but yet hes not allowed to take any days off from work because they are so short no wonder people dont last long there no matter what condition anyone can be in the household you aren't allowed a day off for a family member mind you i have 3 Kids to Attend too my psrtner starts his shift work at 7pm mind you he travels all the way to Sandton from Roodepoort and we asked this afternoon So what ever may happens to my daughter i will hold CPI accountable

Clearing of the name
My parents used to use alarm system of this company and my parents had a challenge they couldn't pay them for few months and they took them to the lawyers so my dad was blacklisted so nou my parents paid them their outstanding amount years back but still my dad is still blacklisted.

CPI security ( carletonville )
i have worked for CPI security ( carletonville ) for almost 4 years after this time and still waiting i did not received my Pension fund money when i did ask about it i was told to call the pension company but as luck have it my paper work was never handed in its been years now and i did not get any money i do hope mnr Tinus van zyl see this report - how will i ever get my money ? i did love working there but they still did not released my money i i do get feedback i will take down this report only if Hellopeter allow me to do so
