My father swiped my mother's card at petrol garage and then it declined 3 times then now they not reversing the money when I call they cut the calls

Airtime refund
I bought airtime with my banking app for me and my husband on the 25 April 2025,until today I haven't received anything.when I call them they tell me to call my bank which I did and the bank says they can't reverse that money I must call telkom.telkom people tell me that they can't see that recharge on their because I used a banking app so there's nothing they can do to help and I have a proof of those purchases.

I have been paying my loan accordingly but now when I check it says its 3 months in arrears and I take up any loans or open any credit its has blocked and I have finished paying that loans

I have paid up my loans months back but still no clearance from them.the company I took the loans from have send them my paid up letters but they dont do anything about now am struggling to take loans as it shows on my credit score that I have loans on arrears which I have paid up.

Clearing of the name
My parents used to use alarm system of this company and my parents had a challenge they couldn't pay them for few months and they took them to the lawyers so my dad was blacklisted so nou my parents paid them their outstanding amount years back but still my dad is still blacklisted.

This company has ruined my car when my insurance told to go to them for assessment and they said I must pay money for storage and now my car is not starting and passengers window is not opening and my car is broken at back bumper only.

My husband was involved in an accident last month and a claim was put with miway and they told to take a car for assessment to the panelbeaters now the insurance ddnt approve my claim now at the panelbeaters they say we must pay storage which was never discussed with us.i tried to call the miway guy Vongani and hes not taking my calls anymore.
