Bad Attitude Towards Clients

Garbage attitude from these people since sign up. I received poor support with issues I came across with their service and when I've had enough they make it a hassle to cancel with them. When they found out I switched to another security service, they tried to harass me over the phone making threats. I mistook these people for the best until I noticed they steal credit for most incidents for publicity.
