If I could give 0 stars I would. Terrible call center service, no answers at reception on 50+ calls over 4 days and "live chat" feature response is non-existent. Waiting time on average is 40min when you are 1st in line (with no answer), live chat is 5-6 hours. Don't think if you have an "Accounts Manager" assigned to your profile that they will respond... they won't. There is no complaints portals or any email address to send to and no alternative numbers to call other than the useless service center. I have been experiencing the same template issues since 2020. It is pathetic that CQS/AdaptIT/CaseWare hasn't fixed it yet. I will be recommending Draftworx to all my clients going forward... Enough is enough.
