Disgusting service
There is no service at this restaurant at all, we got there it was packed. There weren't tables for us to sit some were actually empty but we couldn't occupy as there were bags and belongings of people that went to swim. By the time we got a table we had to beg for a waiter to attend to us that is after about two hours of begging. Anyway (highlight of the day) before we got *ourselves* a table the manager Elaine if I'm not mistaken that's her name came to us sitting by the side waiting for space and she was sooo rude. She told us we must move, we asked her to get us a table instead as we can't be moving around with an infant she then told us straight that she doesn't care we have an infant even if it means we exit the area it's not her problem and continued to say she also doesn't care that we paid, we asked why she wasn't so polite the answer we got was that if we think she's rude we have not yet seen anything as her boss will come swear at us. Yoh I've never experienced this level of rudeness before! I don't even want to get into race.

Restaurant
It was a very beautiful scenery and quite popular as it was packed,the nature ,animals just beautiful and serene. However going to the restaurant we were not attended to immediately as they were short stuffed I guess,other than that it was a beautiful experience. One has to go there with lots of patience..

It was a very beautiful scenery and quite popular as it was packed,the nature ,animals just beautiful and serene. However going to the restaurant we were not attended to immediately as they were short stuffed I guess,other than that it was a beautiful experience. One has to go there with lots of patience..

Bad service ever
The worst restaurant I've ever been to🤢 never waited 2 hours to get a mere drink, starter and main, worse a table of 9 but given 3 people's cutlery. Lol not even to mention that fries choked me because my drink was still being produced. Tribalism is even worse nooo this place is horrible 😫 I was here 27th April and damn I will never go back ever again

Bad service ever

Extremely bad service
What a bad experience and welcome from the manager and stuff and cradle moon restaurant..We went there yesterday to celebrate our anniversary drove all the way just to get there @ 7:45 and be told the kitchen closes @8pm yet the restaurant itself trades till 9..When we said but it's not 8pm yet only then we were allowed to sit..then was told we can play the music from our phones..The waiter who was serving us..I think his name is James didn't even had a smile nor said 1 word to us throughout, you could tell he was so annoyed. THE table and cutlery was all dusty nobody even offered to wipe anything for sit in..The chips were not fresh..I honesty didn't eat at all...We asked for take away and no bag was offered we had to carry our food as though we didn't purchase a bag..The takeaway boxes were too small to fit the food my husband had to try and close them properly as the waiter didn't care much...I honestly wouldn't recommend the place to anyone I've never been treated so poorly especially on a special day like that...My anniversary was really ruined...I'm so dissatisfied and angry...what a night.......
