Poor service and communication

Poor communication. I haven’t even had the opportunity to purchase anything from this business due to the fact that the communication is so poor. I have waited 2 days for an updated invoice and all communication has been within provided business hours.

Once you do receive an invoice, you are politely informed that once ordered, your product will only be shipped 10 days after receiving payment unless you pay an additional fee for apparent customs.
